Many Martial Arts schools focus mainly on sport or competition, which is fun but may not save your life in a real self-defense situation.
Our focus is on the four elements of self-defense. Punching skills, kicking skills, transition to the ground or restraining skills, and ground fighting skills. All of these are equally important. We work very hard to make our classes fun and exciting.
The Champions Martial Arts curriculum provides a great way for adults to stay in shape. You'll reduce stress and learn realistic self-defense skills all at the same time. We offer Kempo Karate, Krav Maga, and MMA for teens and adults. Submission Grappling & Catch Wrestling is for all ages and our Jiujitsu program is for ages 10 and up.

No, you learn “A proper way to defend yourself.” We teach a mix of many different Martial Arts, Kempo Karate, Jujitsu, Krav Maga and Grappling-(BJJ – Submission fighting). We feel that there is no one perfect Martial Art, but when you combine them you will have a deep knowledge of Martial Arts and Self defense.
