Black Belt Packet for Test Date

 March 12 & 13, 2010

 

*Prepare a 10 minute demonstration to be performed in front of a group: on day 2 of the Black Belt test

*Write a journal once a week about what’s going on in your life that week. ( your training, school, work ect.), (12 journals paragraph)

*Do 4200 push ups and sit ups for youth and 7000 for teens and adults. (60 p/u & s/u X 69 days = 4200 p/u and 4200 s/u for youth & 100 per day X 69 days = 7000 p/u and s/u for teens and adults.

* Run 70 miles in 69 days.  (that’s only 1 mile per day)

*Do kata 345 times in 69 days. (Pick your favorite pinion or kata and practice it 345  times in the 69 days before the test.)(That’s only 5 X per day)

*Learn and remember a motivational quote to be recited at test.

*Do 2 random acts of kindness per day and document them. Total 138 RAOK. (2 X 69 days = 138)

 

 

 

 

 

*Environmental Project,  You basically can do any kind of environmental project that you want.  Rules, must be you and 2 other people, and you must document the project.  Tell me what you did.

**You must have all of these requirements documented and you will present these to Master Todd on day 2 of the Back Belt test.  You can not pass test with out completing the packet.
